Without doubt, this is absolutely a fantastic hotel to stay. We like immediately from the entrance itself. Staff were so welcoming and helping us in everything from luggage, checkin, hot water and almost everything we needed for our pleasant stay. Room was very brilliant.

Budget hotel with neat and tidy rooms. Close to everything like ISBT bus stand and railway station. I find it a bit higher priced as compared to ammenities provided. Good for a night stay. And Staff is sometimes unprofessional.

my experience been to hotel ronak plaza was not good. As soon as I entered the hotel trouble started. I booked hotel through oyo rooms. They provided me a non standard oyo room. The room was dirty neither the bed sheet nor the towels were clean. When I asked them to change my room they were like all rooms are occupied. I tried to contact oyo customer care but their service is so poor that they even don't bother about customer once they receive money they have no courtsey to attend customers phone. Then some how they managed to provide me another which they were having but they were pretending as if it was full. The room was ok. But washroom was so dirty they no one could even step in. I don't know y people don't maintain rooms. The breakfast was like roadside no standard nothing they provided bisleri bottles with local tap water. They had puri sabji in breakfast. I mean who the hell will have such a heavy breakfast. No jucie nothing. Only tea. WiFi was very poor. It's speed was just 15 kbps. Very disappointed with oyo rooms. I don't know what has happened to oyo rooms how can they tie up with such a hotel which don't have even good washrooms towels. Would not recommend any one to stay here.

Hotel ronak plaza is very good . my experience was very nice theirs food is very good staff is also helpful and is very nit & clean and also near from isbt ,raliway station room is is clean lift is so good overall it is very nice

Bhopal is my favorite city. I selected because it has tie up with my company. location wise it is a average hotel. Good for budget travelers .Rooms are very small. in fact in this budget you can get better hotel at Bhopal. food quality is average .most horrible is services. In the month of January I did not got hot water for bath. Room is not clean & they do not clear used utensils in time. Receptionists are very un-professionals & not maintained any code of ethics. I will not like to visit this hotel in future.
